  User: individual or company using the platform as a supplier or buyer.

  Supplier: user profile focused on offering products or services.

  Buyer: user profile focused on searching and contacting suppliers.

2. Registration and Account

To use the features, users must provide accurate information and keep it updated. Account use is personal and non-transferable; the user is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials.

3. Platform Features

• • Publication and management of products;
• • Supplier search and category filters;
• • Direct messaging system;
• • Personalized areas for buyers and suppliers;
• • Free and paid plans with different features.

4. User Obligations

• • Not publish offensive, illegal, misleading content or protected by third-party rights;
• • Use the platform ethically and in accordance with its commercial purposes;
• • Respect deadlines and agreements made between parties outside PredSource.

5. Responsibilities and Limitations

PredSource is not responsible for:

• • Negotiations between users;
• • Quality, accuracy, or delivery of advertised products;
• • Losses due to temporary unavailability;
• • False or outdated information provided by third parties.

6. Plans and Payments

Certain features may only be available on paid plans. Prices, conditions, and benefits are listed on the plans page. PredSource may change prices with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content (logos, texts, design, and code) belongs to PredSource, unless otherwise indicated. Reproduction or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

8. Suspension and Cancellation

PredSource may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice, especially in cases of misuse, fraud, or legal non-compliance.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. By continuing to use the platform, the user agrees to the current version.

10. Forum and Legislation

These Terms of Use are governed by Brazilian law. The São Paulo/SP forum is elected to resolve any disputes.
